Overcome Premature Ejaculation - How to Last Longer in Bed, No More Sprays Creams Pills or Herbs

Many people experiencing premature ejaculation rely on antidepressants to attempt delaying their sexual climax. Typical examples of such abused antidepressants are Priligy, Prozac, Zoloft, and Paxil. All these are SSRIs (Selective Serotonin Reuptake Inhibitors) made to treat depression and anxiety. Abuse of these drugs, using combinations or overdosing can lead to severe reactions or death in the worst case scenario...

Another significant portion of men rely on desensitizing sprays, creams and lotions. The major downside is that they desensitize your partner as well making it impossible for her to enjoy the experience as it ought to be. In this book I will mention all the downsides and side effects of all these methods and go ahead to give you the ultimate solution.

Forget the pills, the creams, the sprays, lotions, herbs or any mechanical devices. Let me introduce you to a method with which I have personally experienced outrageous results. It has changed my life a great deal and given me ultimate satisfaction. This guide goes beyond Premature Ejaculation. It is for any man who wishes to gain control of his manhood and shoot only when he chooses to! Even experience the male multiple orgasm...

I believe in practicing what one preaches, and in that regard, I have personally experienced outrageous results using the method I am about to reveal in this book. It has changed my life a great deal and given me ultimate satisfaction. That is the main inspiration that led me to write this book so that I could share with many as a living proof to a method that really works.

Again, if you take action on the information in this book, you WILL see great results, and those results will be permanent.

Thank you so much for your purchase – now let's get to it!

Chapter 1:

Side Effects of Premature Ejaculation Treatments

Your decision to buy this book tells me that you've either already tried “premature ejaculation pills/creams/sprays”, or you were considering trying them. I therefore feel it's important for you to learn the side effects of these pills and their consequences to your health.

Many people experiencing premature ejaculation take antidepressants with the sole intention of delaying their sexual climax. Typical examples of such abused antidepressants are Depoxetine (Priligy), Prozac, Zoloft, and Paxil.

Let’s first see how these antidepressants work: There are chemicals in the brain that cause an inhibitory effect on spinal messages. Serotonin is an important chemical in the brain that can inhibit spinal cord messages. For many years, physicians have used a medication known as SSRI to treat depression and anxiety. SSRI stands for Selective Serotonin Reuptake Inhibitors. Physicians discovered that SSRI can effectively solve the problem of premature ejaculation. SSRIs work by increasing the level of serotonin. It’s this increase that is crucial if one wants help with premature ejaculation (P.E) since low serotonin levels cause premature ejaculation.

Since serotonin is one of the chemicals in the brain involved in controlling ejaculation, it led to the idea that low levels of serotonin cause premature ejaculation. For the past decade, serotonin boosters have thus been used to cure premature ejaculation. No P.E treatment drugs have been approved by the FDA whatsoever.

The pills are usually taken four hours before intercourse. Usage on a daily basis is more effective but it may take up to two weeks to be fully effective. After this, daily dosage can be terminated and medication taken only when anticipating to have sex.

Side Effects of SSRIs

Commonly reported side effects experienced after usage of SSRIs are:

• Reduced libido (decreased desire),

• Prolonged erection,

• Drowsiness,

• Nervousness,

• Nausea,

• Diarrhea,

• Headache,

• Dry mouth,

• Weight gain,

• & Withdrawal effects such as agitation, anxiety, dizziness, insomnia, nausea, nightmares, shock-like sensations, and tremors

Furthermore, a doctor’s prescription is needed for the SSRIs. Prescription SSRIs are not only expensive, but they also put you on the embarrassing spot of having to discuss P.E with your doctor or sex therapist. Your therapist might eventually not prescribe an SSRI.

Over-the-counter medication could thus be the other option. This poses a bigger problem since many people try different medications after frustration with a previous one. This can lead to severe reactions or death in the worst case scenario. Overdosing is the other danger of over-the-counter meds with similar consequences.

These drugs can also build up toxins in your body, particularly as you age because your metabolism slows down, and your body is less able to process the medication. Based on these findings, wouldn’t you agree that you are better off using a natural home remedy, instead of prescription drugs?

The other common remedy used for P.E is desensitizing creams and herbal supplements. If you put desensitizing cream on your penis, this means that it will desensitize your partner’s vagina as well, making it impossible for her to enjoy sex. That’s the biggest downside and using a condom or good quality cream will not prevent this. Who wants to always use a condom with his spouse anyway? You also do realize that often times you will be caught off guard by the sudden and random need to have sex where your cream is out of reach if not miles away!

So as you've learned, there are many serious reasons why you need to try a safe, practical & natural remedy, instead of creams, prescription drugs or over-the-counter medications to combat P.E.

Chapter 2:

Laying the Foundation

A man either controls his manhood or he is controlled by his manhood. If you’re reading this book, it is most likely that you fall in the latter category. But have courage because the tables are about to turn. If they turned for me, they sure will turn for you if you do all that is required. For all of us male, the greatest fear during sex is ejaculating not just prematurely, but also when you don’t want to. So this fear of inadequacy grips every man, even those who do not necessarily suffer P.E. The greatest achievement therefore is to gain total control of your manhood such that you shoot only when you want to and not when your manhood wants to.

When it comes to gaining control and getting rid of P.E. for good without the help of the methods mentioned in the previous chapter, there are a couple of natural physical techniques that may be applied. However, I will limit myself to the ONE method which I believe is the best! I believe it is the best technique because it has worked for me perfectly, it has worked for several other men and it can be practiced by any man. In case you’re wondering if age can have any effect on this method, ponder not. All sexually mature men of all ages should see the same high rate of success, assuming they are sexually active and have a high level of personal sexual awareness. So let’s get down to business right away!

You’re probably feeling excited about getting this method started. But before we get started I’d like to advise you to ensure that your partner shares your enthusiasm. You might want to involve her about the changes that will be taking place in the sexual experience for both of you. I have found out that most men who have successfully used this method agree that the key ingredient to learning and perfecting these exercises is an equally enthusiastic partner. However, the exercises can be perfectly accomplished solo just the same way they are with a partner. The importance of involving your partner is more psychological than physical. It also eliminates suspicion from your partner of learning your improved sexual performance from affairs with other women. The nature of your relationship will determine how much you involve your partner in the learning process. You decide.

Chapter 3:

The Pubococcygeus Muscle

The Pubo… what? Yeah, that’s right! It goes like [pyoo-bo-cocksee-gee-us]. Ok, just forget it; you can just call it the PC muscle. This tiny muscle is the KEY TO ALL that you’ll learn and achieve in this book, so pay close attention. The penis itself is not a muscle but the PC is actually a group of muscles that play a crucial role in the functioning of the penis. It’s the PC muscle that you use to stop urine flowing from the bladder. It’s also the muscle that contracts with involuntary spasms when you ejaculate pushing semen up through the urethra and out of the penis.

A strong PC muscle is the key to Male Multiple Orgasm (MMO). Say what? I’m I crazy? Not a bit. If you’ve never heard of MMO, get ready for the ride. So let’s first learn how to achieve PC power. PC muscle is just like any other muscle in your body and so it’s strengthened by regular exercise just like you would go to the gym to work out your other muscles. Relax; you won’t need to go to the gym for this one.

Exercising the PC

This is the most crucial step in this method. If you’re ready and willing to stick to the program, you should see results of PC power in three weeks but most likely less than that. These simple daily exercises will set the stage for taking control of your manhood and your sexual activity the way you’ve always wished. Your partner has no role in the PC workout but she could join you in later exercises.

Exercise 1: Locating the PC

Finding your PC muscle: If you are completely unfamiliar with this muscle, it is the muscle right behind your testicles. To locate it, gently place one or two fingers right behind your testicles and press gently. Assume you had been urinating and now you want to stop the urine flow the same way you would to stop or pause urination. If you feel the muscle tightening and loosening, congratulations! You just found your PC muscle; it’s the muscle responsible for turning off urine flow from the bladder. You noticed your penis and testicles jerk slightly when you flexed the PC muscle. Should you have trouble locating the muscle, I believe this picture will do:

It is crucial that all other surrounding muscles remain relaxed when you flex your PC muscle. These muscles include thighs, abdomen (stomach) and the buttocks. Try flexing the PC once more ensuring that this time all other muscles are relaxed. Focus just on the PC and avoid an erection as you don’t need it for this exercise. Relax and breathe normally as your penis responds naturally to this exercise.

Exercise 2: Squeezing (Flexing)

After discovering your PC muscle, the next exercise is to flex the PC twenty times thrice a day (for three times in a day flex the PC twenty squeezes each time). Hold it for one to two seconds each time before releasing. It’s simple as that. Your finger is not required on the PC for these exercises; it was only for the purpose of identifying the muscle. Once you’re accustomed, you can feel it move internally. However, you might want to feel it with your finger for the first few times if you still can’t isolate the muscle from the rest till you’re sure you got it right.

Another important thing is to breathe normally when doing this exercise. Remember you need to be all relaxed and you don’t need to hold your breath. Continue this daily exercise for three weeks to maximize the strength of your PC muscle.

Since these exercises are pretty simple and require no equipment, space or privacy, they can be done anywhere. That’s the good part of it. Sitting at your desk or on a park bench? Why not? Sitting in your car or relaxing at the beach? Why not? Have fun!

WARNING:

The exercises might be simple, but take caution not to make any of these two mistakes:

I. Overdoing the squeezes! No matter how enthusiastic you are or how soon you want to see results, don’t overdo it! Just like you can’t go to the gym and start off with the heaviest weights or lift weights a million and one times on your first day, the same applies for the PC. Remember the PC is a muscle just like any other and it will get sore if overworked.

II. Failure to isolate the PC. As mentioned earlier, it is important that your stomach, upper thighs and buttocks remain relaxed during PC workout. If isolating the PC seems challenging for you, the trick is to exhaust the other muscles before working out the PC. Example: If your stomach muscles tend to get in the way during your PC workout, tense and relax your stomach muscles ten to twenty times before beginning your PC exercises. The same goes for buttock, thigh, and other groin muscles.

I hope you’re still enjoying this, but if you feel discouraged for whatever reason, remember you’ll not need to do this for a life time. It’s only for a while and you reap dramatic permanent results as far as your sex life is concerned.

Exercise 3: The Power Squeeze

You will begin this exercise after you are done doing your 20 squeezes three times a day for three weeks. No shortcuts…

You will continue doing your 20 squeezes thrice a day but this time you’ll add 10 power squeezes per day. A power squeeze is a really slow squeeze taking about 15 seconds. Slowly squeeze your PC taking five seconds to reach maximum tightness. Hold at that tension for another five seconds and then finally release the tension gradually over the next five seconds. Eventually it might be difficult and you might not want to begin with ten power squeezes. Two or three will do, but see to it that with time you are able to do ten repetitions of the power squeeze. It may take a few days to a few weeks to get there but make sure you enjoy this and don’t push yourself too hard. You are not training to become a porn star. Are you?

Probably worth noting is some good news that the PC responds quickly to being exercised unlike other body muscles. You will therefore begin to see results, sooner than you expect. However, remain committed and remember that building up PC power is the crucial first step to lasting long in bed and achieving MMO as we will soon discover how.

Chapter 4:

Male Multiple Orgasm (MMO)

You are probably wondering “what is male multiple orgasm and how is it related to the PC muscle?” And sure enough you’ll discover shortly. MMO is simply a man having more than one orgasm without the duration of rest after one orgasm (refractory period ). In other words, you do not lose your erection and your sexual arousal after an orgasm! You maintain your erection and continue love making orgasm after orgasm.

The secret behind MMO lies in learning to have a total full orgasm without ejaculating. Yes, it’s possible! And it can be repeated for two, three, four or more times without ejaculation. These multiple orgasms occur in succession, without complete loss of sexual arousal in between. This is equivalent to women’s natural ability to have successive orgasms without loss of arousal. When you orgasm without ejaculation, you’re able to start all over again without losing your erection and keep going until you feel you’re now ready to have an orgasm accompanied with ejaculation. It sounds impossible, right? I thought so too when I first heard it. Just follow keenly. Orgasm and ejaculation are two distinct phenomena and they do not have to occur simultaneously. They can be experienced as separate pleasures.

FACT: MMO and NEO (Non-Ejaculatory Orgasm) are nothing new. They have been practiced in the Eastern cultures for many years. MMO is also well documented in professional publications dating back to the 1930s.

And just in case you are having any doubts about the pleasure being compromised in a non-ejaculatory orgasm, let me clear it up for you. The non-ejaculatory orgasm is actually more intense and pleasurable especially because you get to plan it and manage it.

So the first step to achieving male multiple orgasms is to understand that orgasm and ejaculation are two distinct events . One can then learn to distinguish and separate these two events. Most men have always accepted and thought that orgasm and ejaculation is one and the same thing since they happen simultaneously. But if you are keen enough, then you must have noticed that orgasm begins slightly before ejaculation.

The second step to MMO is gaining the ability to separate orgasm and ejaculation. This ability involves the Pubococcygeus Muscle or “PC muscle” which we covered in the previous chapter.

Chapter 5:

The PC muscle and MMO

As mentioned earlier, the PC power is the key to gaining MMO. Once you possess PC power, then can you achieve total control of your orgasm. If you have followed all my instructions keenly in the previous chapter, then you’re ready to become an MMO pro. However, it is important that you remember that MMO capabilities will not come to you overnight. It could take several weeks to months before you get it right. But you’ll definitely get it with effort and determination.

One of the main reasons most people have unsatisfied sex life is because of how we rush through the process of sex, driven by the naturally wild sexual desire to reach that orgasm. First things first, you need to slow down; stop rushing.

Techniques to slow you down

RULE 1: Focus on exactly where you are touching or where you are being touched by your partner. Stay as focused as possible.

RULE 2: Be present minded and let go all that is not of the present. Forget all that happened last week or even what might happen next Tuesday.

RULE 3: Don't put any pressure on yourself and don't put any pressure on your partner either.

Arousal and Awareness

To achieve MMO, you will first need to be completely aware of your different levels of sexual arousal. This will give you an intimate relationship with your body. Most men spend too much time trying to learn the female body, looking for the G-spot and the like in an attempt to satisfy a woman. On the contrary, it’s your own body you need to master to be able to give a woman that maximum satisfaction.

Practicing (solo)

With the above points in mind, let’s get down to the PC muscle and explore how to utilize its power to achieve MMO:

• After making yourself comfortable, choose a good recommended lubricant and begin masturbating, stroking your penis gently...

• Stop before you reach the point of no return (ejaculation point) and contract/squeeze your PC muscle and hold for a count of ten.

• Take a few minutes break and relax.

• Resume masturbation this time bringing yourself a bit closer to the point of no return.

• Stop once again and squeeze and hold your PC muscle for a count of ten.

• Resume masturbation and pay special attention to your own levels of arousal and emotional feelings. Learning about your sexual response and arousal levels is of vital importance in gaining the desired sexual control.

Stopping JUST BEFORE ejaculation

• While still stimulating yourself gently, bring yourself to reach orgasm. NOTE: By orgasm I do not mean ejaculate!

• During orgasm, there are several contractions that occur at the beginning of ejaculation inside your pelvis and the area at the base of your penis. At the onset of these contractions or preferably JUST BEFORE (but still during the orgasm), stop all stimulation to the penis and squeeze your PC muscle tight. You'll probably feel yourself trying to ejaculate, but hold it back! Squeeze the PC for the entire orgasm period but let all the other orgasmic processes take place such as heightened breathing rate or letting out that big Aaaaaaah…

• If successful, squeezing the PC and holding effectively will shut off ejaculation yet you experience a complete orgasm. Erection and arousal is also retained since doing this erases the refractory period (“down time” experienced after ejaculation before getting another erection and arousal). Release the PC only when sure orgasm is over.

• Small amounts of semen may seep out, but not with any of the force you might normally experience during an unrestrained singular orgasm. If you were able to hold off ejaculating after your orgasm, start masturbating again now. It should feel as though you are still very aroused, not like you just ejaculated. You should be able to continue for a short time until you have another orgasm.

• Keep off ejaculation at the onset of the second orgasm just like you successfully did the first time. You can do this over and over again! You may however allow ejaculation to take place during the second or third orgasm since you’re only a beginner.

If you were unable to keep from ejaculating the first time, either your PC muscle isn't strong enough yet or you squeezed it at the wrong time. Most likely, especially if you’ve done the PC work out, it’s the latter case. If you begin squeezing too late after the ejaculatory contractions have already begun, it is nearly impossible to shut or stop the process completely. With practice you will learn the timing. It also took me some time but the desire to win keeps you motivated. And trust me the moment you get it right you’ll feel like screaming out loud with excitement!

Practicing (with partner)

In case you’re not so much into stimulating yourself or if you consider masturbating a “no go” zone for you, you may practice all that you’ve learnt perfectly well with your partner. Only remember the basics: do not rush, be aware of your different levels of arousal and finally do the power squeeze at the onset of orgasm to ward off ejaculation just as described in the steps above.

Troubleshooting tips

The biggest obstacle in learning to become multi-orgasmic is the failure to squeeze the PC muscle sufficiently during orgasm to ward off ejaculation. You may feel some involuntary contractions, but do not stop squeezing the PC because a few ejaculation contractions are likely to occur even when you are successful at stopping ejaculation. As you perfect this art, the contractions will stop before you ejaculate and you should be able to resume stimulation or sex without loss of sensitivity and arousal. You would resume sex immediately as you would after the refractory period or rest after ejaculation.

Another troubleshooting tip is really being able to determine the difference between orgasm and ejaculation. Always remember that these are two distinct events and go ahead to be able to distinguish their difference in your own body . The key to achieving that as mentioned earlier is avoiding the rush when it comes to sex/stimulation. You must be able to tell exactly where the boundaries of plateau, orgasm and ejaculation begin and end. If you are wondering what I’m talking about, below is a summary of the phases involved in the normal sexual cycle:

1. Excitement Phase

• Erection

• Increased heart rate

• Partial testicular elevation and size increase

2. Plateau Phase

• Further increase in penis tip size and testicles

• Full testicular elevation

• Cowper’s gland (pre-cum) secretions

• Hyperventilation

3. Orgasm Phase (Consists of Emission & Ejaculation )

Emission

• Sperm and fluid are expelled from the vas deferens, seminal vesicles and prostate gland, causing seminal fluid to collect at the base of the urethral bulb near the prostate.

• Blood pressure and respiratory rate increase further.

• Point of no return ( ejaculatory inevitability ). There is a consciousness of imminent ejaculation.

Ejaculation

• Bladder sphincter closes tightly

• Rhythmic contractions of the prostate, perineal muscles and penile shaft propel semen outward.

• A slight clouding of consciousness

4. Resolution Phase

• Erection loss

• Testes descend and scrotum thins

• Reduced heart rate and lowered blood pressure.

To become aware of your personal level of sexual awareness, avoid stimulating yourself or having sex very quickly and rigorously. No speed is too slow here. Taking the stimulation slower rather than faster will allow you to discover your personal boundaries between arousal, plateau, and orgasm more easily. With these discoveries you will have a much greater chance of learning when to squeeze your PC muscle, when to stop stimulation, and when to relax your PC muscle and when to resume stimulation or sex to experience another orgasm.

Conclusion

If you have no trouble reaching singular orgasms either by yourself or with your partner, then learning how to become multi-orgasmic should only be a matter of patience, determination, and effort. If you do have trouble having singular orgasms or opening up sexually with yourself and your partner, however, then perhaps there are other issues that you need to deal with before multiple orgasms will be a possibility for you. This guide is not prepared to address any problems with orgasms beyond the relatively simple matters discussed in the guide. If you are experiencing more serious problems, please consider consulting your physician or a sex therapist. They should be able to provide you with professional advice.

The bottom line is that your ability to have multiple orgasms depends on your overall sexual awareness, and the strength and control of your PC muscle among many other factors. As with all noteworthy achievements, this is not something that can necessarily be accomplished all at once. While reading this guide and having multiple orgasms in one night is certainly possible, you should understand that it could take several weeks or even months before you succeed. Your results will depend on your own personal effort and determination. It can be done and I’m confident you will do it… ALL THE BEST!
